Step 1- Pour yourself a brew
Step 2- Rinse bottle with hot water
Step 3- PBW and rinse a day or two before bottling
Step 4- Star san right before bottling
Step 5- Weep at the beautiful head on your brews

Committed to the drinking of Bölkstoff since 1993, and the brewing of them since 2007. Not in our kitchen though. The smell of malts makes my wife put on a mask that would make you think she's about to knock over a Piggly Wiggly, and hops are bad for dogs.
